Skylii will accept exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. Garment should not be worn, used or washed. Garment should be with all tags in place. The garment will be checked for quality and your return will usually be processed within 7-14 days. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

“Garments bought on sale cannot be exchanged or returned”

Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging while shipping back to us. However, strict due diligence before dispatching the product is expected from our customers, and they shall be solely responsible for any further damage/defect that might be caused during transit, in such instances and if found considerable, Skylii withholds the right to deny returns of damaged/defective or mismatched products if the complaint is found to be frivolous or baseless. Skylii reserves the right to reject refunds in any form.

The product will be picked up once we receive the return request.

Exchange or return of a product is possible only once. In order to keep the exchanges and returns minimum, please go through your order throughly before paying.
